Hi guys! This idea was inspired by Chinatsu-mun's "AU where everything is the same except Akira is FTM" drabble. It got me thinking, what if we made these AUs into a game? And bam! this was created!
How To Play
1. The person above you will post an AU where everything is the same except ___(insert a twist here)___. 2. You then will create a drabble in which that AU is true. It can be as long or as short as you want, but with a minimum of at least one paragraph. It doesn't have to be a long paragraph. Just make an effort! 3. Make sure when you're done with your drabble to post another AU where everything is the same except ____. 4. Be considerate and make sure nothing is too risque! Touchy subjects may come up, so if you're writing about something like cutting, put a warning. It's polite! 5. Have fun!
Starter: AU where everything is the same except Yuuki and Rin's personalities are swapped.

I'll start!!! <3
One of Repetition
Rin hummed a tune as she stood outside the famed Hope's Peak Academy. Today was her first day there, and she was excited to make new friends! She just hoped her SHSL title, SHSL Boxer, didn't intimidate anyone. Rin was nothing like the stereotype that followed a boxer-- super tough and abrasive, possibly had anger management issues, and couldn't take a joke. ((of course normal!Rin isn't like this either, but I just wanted to make my point.)) On the contrary, she was a pretty big sweetheart. Always wearing a smile, she was definitely super friendly. The only time you could see her frowning was if her friends were fighting, which always made Rin unhappy.
Rin was definitely a peacemaker, and despite her boxing status, didn't like to fight outside of the ring. If she ever got into trouble, and a fight was inevitable, she'd usually just bring it to the ring. She'd give them boxing gloves and everything, and then when the buzzer started, it was lights out for them.
Rin had been known throughout the boxing world as the girl who'd knock you out with a single blow. That title followed her everywhere, and she could feel people get nervous when she entered a room.
Hopefully that wouldn't happen here. "C'mon Rin, we haven't got all day!" She smiled happily, and walked inside the building. Standing in the entrance hall, she looked around.
Suddenly, her vision began to change. "H-huh?" Rin frowned as the lights swirled around and then everything disappeared into blackness.
When Rin awoke, she was in some sort of classroom. Strange...How did I get here? Rin frowned, but got up and brushed herself off. She should probably try to make her way back to the entrance hall.
When she got to the entrance hall, there were already people there. A blonde girl, a black haired boy, a boy with pink hair-- Rin thought it was pretty cool--, a girl with teal hair, and a girl who seemed to be a ganguro girl.
Rin made her way to the group. "Hiya, I'm Rin Fujioka." She said as everyone looked over to her. The black haired boy winked at her, and Rin sighed a bit. "Sorry if I'm late. I kinda passed out."
"My name's Hiroto Inoue, SHSL Pilot at your service. Maybe I could take you for a flight sometime?" Hiroto winked again, and Rin chuckled.
"Are you seriously going to hit on every girl that comes?" The pink haired boy spoke. "It's annoying. But anyways, I'm Akira Tachibana and I'm SHSL Hairdresser." Rin smiled at Akira.
"You've got cool hair Tachibana!" Rin chirped, and everyone stopped what they were doing to look at her.
"Finally! Someone appreciates my style!" Akira grinned. Hiroto smirked.
"Yeah, but that's one out of all of us." There was obviously animosity between these two boys. Rin sighed and looked over at the rest of the group. Then, the Ganguro Girl spoke.
"His hair is cool." She paused. "Not my style, but it's definitely cool. I'm Yuuki Yukimura, SHSL Ganguro Girl, but I'm sure you could tell that already." Akira clasped his hands together at the 'cool' comment.
"Thank you!" He said happily. "Take that, Inoue!" Hiroto just seemed to roll his eyes, but he refrained from speaking.
"I'm Ayako Ito. SHSL Internet Celebrity." Ayako frowned and closed her eyes as she leaned against the wall. Rin rolled the toothpick she was usually chewing around in her mouth.
The last girl to speak was the blonde girl, and she seemed a bit hesitant to do so. "I'm Chinatsu Minami." She said softly. "SHSL Surfer." Rin nodded, acknowledging her.
"So Rin," Hiroto began. "What's your SHSL?" Rin had been avoiding this. Hopefully, they wouldn't think differently of her when she told them. She didn't want them to be scared of her!
"SHSL...Boxer." Rin frowned a bit, as she looked around the room. Yuuki was chuckling a bit, but other than that, the room was all smiles.
"Wouldn't have expected you to be a SHSL Boxer. You seem too sweet." Yuuki said, and Rin gave a small frown.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Rin asked, and it was Yuuki's turn to frown.
"That came out the wrong way. I meant for it to sound nicer. Eh, whatever. Just forget it." Rin nodded her head and then looked over to Akira and Hiroto, who were still glaring at each other. "I think we should go look for the rest of the students." Yuuki said after a pause. Ayako opened her eyes.
"Or we could stay and wait for them to come to us." She said, looking over at Yuuki.
"Well, I'm going." Yuuki declared and looked over to Akira and Hiroto. Casually approaching them, she slung her arms over their shoulders. "And I say these two should come with me for some manly bonding times."
"Oh hell no." Akira frowned and tensed as Yuuki slung her arms around his shoulders. "I'd rather my hair fall out."
"What's wrong Pinkie? Hate me that much?" Hiroto grinned, obviously having fun ruffling Akira's feathers.
"Yes." Rin didn't like this. Not one little bit.
"Please stop fighting!" Rin cried, and Hiroto and Akira looked over at her. Akira had somewhat of a panicked expression, like he didn't mean to make her upset, and Hiroto was frowning.
"Sorry sweetheart. Didn't mean to make you upset." He said. Yuuki frowned.
"Okay, that's it. Manly bonding time. Let's go." Yuuki said, hauling Akira and Hiroto off, with Akira protesting the whole way.
NEW AU: AU WHERE EVERYTHING IS THE SAME, BUT AKIRA AND HIROTO DID GO OFF WITH RIN TO DO THAT MANLY BONDING SESSION AND END UP FRIENDS. ((also i realized akira is 5'3" that's really cute omfg))

In this corner, standing a majestic 5'3" and sporting the latest flamingo flop, SHSL Hairdresser Akira Tachibana. And in the other corner, high-flying ladies man extraordinare, SHSL Pilot Hiroto Inoue.
While Rin enjoyed the inner monologue of her head playing out the next big match, she knew it couldn't go on. For one, neither of them knew the proper code for a good fisticuffs, secondly neither of them would care, thirdly there could've been a killing. That would not have been good for the school, not one bit. She had already suggested splitting up and searching for clues. This could've been the point where she sorted out their conflicting egos.
Rin thought for a second and smirked. "Or, you know. All you girls can stay here and I'll take the guys out for a little manly bonding session while we're exploring..." She flashed a cheeky grin while draping her arms over Akira and Hiroto's shoulders.
Akira tensed a bit as Rin slung her arm around him, Hiroto laughed at her preposterous proposition.
"I'd actually rather have my hair fall out." Akira said flatly, glaring at Hiroto.
"Don't care. We're going. Now." The gentle flopped arms on their shoulders turned into a grip around their arms.
"But who will be here to protect the girls?!" Hiroto chirped.
"They're big enough to handle themselves." Rin started marching off with the pair in tow. "Besides, you're the one they need to be saved from..."
Akira burst out one large HA! at Hiroto before catching the glare of the boxer and cowering down. "Yeesh, your hair certainly is as fierce as you are... Where are we going anyway?"
"The meat locker."
"What?!" The boys cried in unison. No answer. Although they never would admit it, they now had something to agree on. Fujioka was scary when she was in the zone.
It felt like an hour of misery had passed before they made their way into the kitchen. While Rin looked around for a door to a meat locker, the boys hid in a corner. Unfortunately for the pair, Rin figured that they would try to escape, so she created a makeshift lock with a tightly knit rope. Somehow, despite the situation, they were perfectly content with bickering like usual.
"This is it, isn't it? We're gonna die..."
"No, you're gonna die. I've clearly got her under my spell."
"She's not interested mate, trust me."
"What, you think that because she's the one person who actually likes your hair she'll let you live? Get over yourself, man."
"No, you get over yourself!"
"When you're done ladies, I've got some fun planned for you!!" They heard her roar from the other side of the kitchen.
Then all their arguing stopped. They sat in silence, waiting. Suddenly, Hiroto looked over to the knife rack, Akira to the rope on the door. They looked at each other intensely. Their foreheards sweating, the beads mirrored against each others. Maybe... Maybe if they worked together, they could end it. They wouldn't need to tell anyone. They just needed to cut out the middle Fujioka... As they crept towards her, she started chuckling, a looming darkness under every "heh".
"Are you two really that stupid? You're not dealing with any ordinary boxer, remember? You two would just turn even harder on each other in the long run. Hell, you'd essentially be killing yourselves if you even tried it."
Akira and Hiroto looked towards each other again. They didn't want to admit it, but she had a point. Also, they didn't really want to kill her. After all, she was the only one of the group who was cool and had enough sense to like Akira's hair and Hiroto just wouldn't be able to hurt a woman, no matter how scary she was being right now. They sighed in unison.
"Great, glad we've cleared that one up!" Rin flashed a gleaming grin. "Let's beat the hell out of these cows!"
The boys slunk towards her again, accepting their defeat. It must've been about an hour and a half before another group came into the kitchen and found the trio in a heap on the floor, covered in sweat.
"So, that's where they are!" Yuuki shrieked.
"Oh my God, that is actually really disgusting..." Ayako crinkled her nose and turned to face away.
"Hey, everyone's been waiting for you!!" Yuuki came closer to the heap of bodies. "What have you guys even been doing...?" She hesitated to finish her question.
"Manly bonding. I said so earlier, didn't I?" Rin perked up almost immediately hearing their voices.
"That's some pretty interesting bonding you've got going on." Ayako folded her arms, smirking. "You even have rope here..."
"Ayako, Yuuki, my princesses! You have it all wrong!!" Hiroto sprang to his feet only to fall straight onto his knees in front of the pair.
"Leave it, mate. Let them think what they want." Akira smirked while slowly getting to his own feet.
"No way! I will not let them tarnish our names like this!" Hiroto snapped back at him.
"Seems like your little plan didn't work, Fujioka." Ayako nodded her head towards the boxer.
"Trust me, this is friendly..."

"My name's Ayumu Yamaguchi, Super High School Level Gamer. That ring a bell to anyone?" Oh that name definitely rang a bell to Ayako. Back in her gamer days, much before she had gained popularity as an internet celebrity, she had basically idolized this guy. She had spent hours playing games, hoping that one day, she'd be at Ayumu's level.
Of course, she had stopped before she had gotten to that level, but she was still pretty damn good if she did say so herself. She had played a lot of the popular games, and some pretty obscure games. Once in a while, she'd talk to her old gamer friends, who of course, still had no clue she was Ayako Ito. They only knew her as MissCelestialGalaxy. Ayako frowned when she caught herself staring. "I've heard of you." Ayako waved it off like it was no big deal. "Some of my followers blog about you sometimes." Then she heard Chinatsu let out a rather high-pitched squeak. Ayako rolled her eyes slightly at the girl's behavior. She was acting just like a fangirl.
"Y-you're Ayumu Yamaguchi! SHSL Gamer!!" She had said, her voice showing her excitement. Ayumu and Chinatsu were now chatting animatedly, and Ayako felt just a tad jealous. Damn her pride getting in the way of meeting her childhood idol! "W-We should definitely play a game together sometime! That'd be so much fun!" Ayako slowly blinked and got up off the wall, walking over to Chinatsu and Ayumu.
"I hate to intrude, but..." Ayako began and suddenly felt nervous when she felt the two pairs of eyes resting on her. Damn this! She was much more confident on the computer. "I heard something about a game. I'm intrigued."
"Oh, you probably wouldn't want to join us..." Chinatsu frowned. "We're probably going to play Portal or somethin'." She giggled.
"Oh. I love Portal." The two looked at her. "What? Stop staring, it's creepy."
"Just didn't peg you the type that would like games." Ayumu admitted and Chinatsu nodded. Ayako scoffed.
"..." Ayako bit her lip a bit. "Don't tell anyone, but I used to be a really committed gamer. Like, I'd be up until 2 in the morning playing games. I got to be really good." She said in somewhat of a hushed tone, so no one else could hear.
"Why did you stop? Gaming is great." This caused Ayako to frown. Ayako's reason for stopping would sound stupid. The truth was, as she gained popularity, she got a lot of shit for being a female gamer. People were saying that she was just trying to be appealing to boys. It pissed her off, so she stopped.
"Eh, no reason." Ayako said. "But just a warning. If we do play a game, I might kick your asses." Ayumu frowned.
"Don't make me laugh." Ayako grinned slightly. "Match as soon as all the other students arrive?"
"You're sooo on."

Masuyo spread her violet eyes open wide as she delicately applied mascara. The wand whisked her eyelashes up till they seemed long, luscious. She batted her eyelashes, smiled at her reflection, when there was a knock at the door.
“Yes? What do you want?” she asked in a high voice, upon opening the door. Leaning against the door frame was none other than Hiroto Inoue. He grinned at her, ran a hand through his dark hair.
“Hello, gorgeous,” he said, folding his arms. He waltzed into the room without invitation, leaving Masuyo standing at the door.
Unlike the other girls, Masuyo wasn’t deterred by Hiroto’s constant attempts at flirting. In fact, she found it supplementary, because he was practically playing into her hands. “What do you want?” she repeated.
“I need to talk to you,” Hiroto said. He winked. “But only if you can keep a secret.” She wasn’t aware of the nervous fluttering in the boy’s chest as he spoke, the tension in his shoulders. To her, he appeared confident and, well, normal.
Perfect. That surely meant something she could use against him in the future. “Well?” she prompted, tacking on a smile to ensure he would confide in her.
For the first time, Hiroto showed a sign of weakness. He shifted uncomfortably, swaying from foot to foot, clearly nervous. “Well,” he hesitated. After a moment of silence, he blurted out, “I like someone.”
Masuyo, who had sat down on her bed, leaned forward. Her interest had been piqued. “Who is it?” she asked.
Hiroto smiled sheepishly. “See, that’s the problem,” he said, rubbing the back of his neck.
“Is it me?” Masuyo was flattered, though she couldn’t necessarily reciprocate those feelings. Though perhaps it wasn’t her…. Perhaps it was someone entirely different. She wasn’t dumb; she easily caught onto how others were feeling through the actions they took. It was a requirement of being a criminal - if she couldn’t read body language, then how could she act with accomplices?
He chuckled. “Not exactly.” He paused, adjusted his collar. “See, it’s not even a girl at all.”
She feigned surprise. “Really? You’re gay?” After a moment, she added, “Who is it, then?” It didn’t strike her as extraordinary that Hiroto was gay. She had figured he was, based on his interactions with the other boys. He teased them too much to be solely messing around, and the flirting with all the girls was probably a distraction, a ruse.
The boy nodded slowly, grinned sheepishly. “I like… well, man, I don’t know. I don’t want to say.”
“Tell me.” Masuyo had no time for fickle boys. She wanted the information now.
“I like Akira,” he confessed, the words spilling out, one after another. He nervously shifted back and forth, watching her to gauge her reaction.
Her eyes widened, though inside she only felt a growing advantage. This was the perfect information to use against the pilot one day.
(I don't know how I did with Masuyo's character - she's pretty complicated. But I hope I did ok!)

You feel disgusted as you watch the two being so couple-y and adorable together. He's spoon-feeding her some chocolate pudding, and she's happily chomping down on the spoon. They lean in to kiss, and you turn your attention to the others sitting at at the next table over. Chinatsu and Ayumu are talking animatedly to each other, and at one more table over there's Ayako, Yuuki, Misaki, and Saito all chatting happily.
Turning your attention back to the happy couple of Akira and Rin, you scoff and frown. Masuyo, who's sitting next to you, looks amused. "Wow, you're really jealous." She chuckles to herself, and you turn to face her. "Also, stop staring at them. It's super creepy, even for you." You roll your eyes at the petite girl, and she sighs. "But you know," She begins, becoming serious. "If you still like Akira, you should just tell him." She says in a hushed tone, and you choke on your drink. Coughing loudly as everyone turns to look at you, you frown.
"Pinkie? Why would I like him? I'm not even into dudes." She nods, but you can tell she doesn't believe you. You turn your attention back to the lovey-dovey couple, who have just finished their pudding. Rin looks dismayed, and Akira announces that he'll get a new one.
You stand up and walk out of the cafeteria, brushing by Akira as you do.
...What did Monobear say about killing again? That you'd only have to get away with killing someone to graduate? Your smile grew dark.
But if anyone found out...you'd be executed.
No one will ever find out. You think to yourself as you wash Akira's blood from your hands.

Chikazu grinned as he pulled Ayame in for a tight hug. Rinka glanced over at them as Aya spoke. "They're adorable." Akira said, interrupting Aya, as she cracked a small smile. Yuuki nodded his head.
"They should just get together already." He said, grinning dreamily at the two. Saiya and Aya chuckled, while Rinka frown and crossed his arms.
Sighing, Rinka looked at his friends. The first murder had already gone and passed. It had been a few days after the murderer's trial. Who would have thought the gentle Botanist Misaki, would have snapped like that. The execution hung heavily over everyone, and Rinka knew it had opened the door for more murders to start occurring.
It made Rinka uneasy. "We should totally, like, get them together or something." Akira's voice snapped Rinka from his thoughts. Rinka frowned slightly.
"Akira, while that's a really nice thought... that's not our priority. Our priority is getting the gently caress out of here." Aya nodded. Akira pouted slightly, but she seemed to have been snapped back into the reality of the situation. The smiles faded off of everyone's face. The five sat in silence before they were approached by two of their classmates. Hiroko and Masumi.
"Hello gentlemen..." She gave a sloppy grin. "And Pinkie and Saiya." Akira frowned and stuck out her tongue at Hiroko in a joking way, and Hiroko folded her arms across her chest. "So, what are we conversing about?" Hiroko and Masumi had already pulled up seats to their table and Yuuki chuckled.
"Just how cute Chikazu and Ayame are." He said. Hiroko and Masumi turned their heads to look over at the two who were laughing over something Ayame had said.
"What a trivial thing to be talking about." Masumi frowned.
"Whatever. It's not like it even matters anyway." The seven all nodded, and but they stayed on the subject, taking occasional glances to Ayame and Chikazu.
Over at the other table, Ayame and Chikazu were having their own discussion.
"They're looking at us again." Ayame chuckled, playing with her hair. Chikazu also chuckled.
"They can be so clueless sometimes." He said in a hushed tone. "Oh, that was rude." Chikazu frowned. Ayame shook her head.
"Nah, don't worry." Ayame said, and suddenly Chikazu got a sly look in his eyes.
"They're looking." Chikazu said as he leaned across the table to give Ayame a quick kiss. Collective gasps ran throughout the table and one 'I told you so!'. The two chuckled to themselves and continued with their conversation.
