All roleplay posts will go here. Be sure to read the rules, check the maps, and read all posts before you post, in order to be accurate and follow the roleplay. Monobear sat in his desk chair, his stuffed, plush-fur coated paws placed on the smooth wooden surface of his desk. A cartoonish, childish giggle came from his plush mouth. "Upupupu..." It was now time for the students of Hope's Peak Academy to arrive at the door step. "My plan is coming together yet again, it seems," said the same toony voice, followed by another giggly laugh. "Upupupu. I can't wait for the year to start! What a wonderful day!"
Outside, it was a typical Autumn day, with few clouds in the sky, and a warm breeze whisking through the orange and yellow leaves of the trees dotting the grounds of the school. Soon, there will be 16 pairs of feet standing in front of the school, each one individually taking in the sight of the school, hesitating nervously, until they broke the threshold into the Entrance Hall. It was only a matter of time.

There it was. Hope's Peak Academy. Chinatsu was basically speechless. "Wow..." She breathed out. It was even more gorgeous than in the pictures she had seen of it! Chinatsu was suddenly intimidated. What if the people didn't like her? What if they thought her Super High School Level was lame? Chinatsu frowned and took a deep breath in, trying to collect herself. "Come on Chinatsu, that's not the way to think!" She grinned as she began to walk towards the entrance.
She was early. Like, thirty minutes early. Chinatsu blamed it on the fact she hadn't been able to sleep at all last night. She had been too excited. Last night she had been praying to do good in this new school, and judging by the nervousness she already felt, it would be a little before she began to warm up to the idea of being at this school.
Chinatsu frowned as she stepped into the entrance hall. Something about the emptiness of the school seemed eerie. Chinatsu took another step in the direction she thought she was supposed to go in, but she soon stopped.
Her vision was getting blurry. Maybe this was from not sleeping at all last night? But no, it was weirder than that. Her vision was twisting and turning, and then, everything was black.
Chinatsu awoke with a start. "W-what?!" She blubbered as she looked around at her surroundings. She appeared to be in some sort of trophy room, full of lavish trophies that sparkled in the fluorescent lights.
She peered at the trophies in the case, noting what each one was for. Seeing that there were none for surfing, Chinatsu cheered inwardly. Now she knew she wouldn't have to live up to anyone's name at this school. That was good.
But this was strange. If she remembered correctly, she had passed out in the entrance hall. How did she end up here? It was all very weird to her.
But there was no time to lose, she had to get going if she wanted to meet all the other Super High School Levels!

The looming structure of Hope’s Peak Academy cast a shadow over Hiroto Inoue’s face. He gazed at it in wonder, sizing it up. A grin passed over his face and he ran a hand through his dark hair. “Let’s do this,” he said to himself, for no one else was around to hear. He made his way up to the door, thoughts flickering through his mind.
What would become of him here? Would the classes be hard? And most importantly, would there be any cute girls? The door was heavy, and when he pushed on it, it refused to budge. What the hell? he thought. Then Hiroto noticed the PULL sign above the door and smirked. Go figure. He pulled the massive front door open and slipped inside.
The entrance hall of Hope’s Peak was massive as well. Hiroto stared in shock and felt lost, though he quickly pushed the feeling aside. He was too cool to be lost. Being lost was for normal people - certainly not Super High School Levels. But something did seem off. Was it the severe lack of light in the eerily murky building? Or was it the fact no one else was around?
All at once, the world started spinning. The flooring of the entrance hall meshed with the paneling and started swirling around. Hiroto stumbled, fell. The colors became vivid, then faded to gray, and he could only watch as the world faded to black.
A time passed, and Hiroto woke with a start, found himself lying on the floor in front of what appeared to be the Men’s Restroom. Did he pass out on the way there? No, he vaguely recalled the spinning entrance hall and the dizzy feeling. Which only happened a few minutes ago, right? So then how did he find himself here, in front of the restrooms?
He shook his head to clear his thoughts. Now wasn’t the time to think. Right now he had to focus on finding the other students, focus on sizing up the competition and seeing how the Super High School Level ladies looked. Yes, priorities first.

Hope's Peak Academy.
One of the world's most prestigious and high-class schools ever built.
Collecting the super high school students of every field, with the purpose of educating them, it was an academy with amazing privileges granted by the government.
If a student graduated from that academy, it was the same as already being successful, that much was said about it. Holding a history said to be over a hundred years, it seems to be an academy with an ongoing tradition of releasing talented individuals with great prospects into various fields. With the goal of educating this "Hope" that is bearing the country's future, it is naturally appropriate to call it the "Academy of Hope”.
There were 2 requirements for acceptance into Hope's Peak.. "You must currently be a high-school student." "You must super-excel in your area of expertise."
In front of that giant, exquisite building, she stood.
Her name is Misaki Takenaka. As a young child, Misaki always felt that she had a special bond with nature and plants. She spent all my time in her family's garden, studying the way the petals bend, or how the dew drops lay perfectly on the leaves. As soon as she could attend school, Misaki read every book I could access on the wonderful art of Botany.
And that's why she's here, her title being SHSL Botanist.
The night before, Misaki stayed up scouring the forums, investigating the people who would become her classmates. Among them, a Comedian whose jokes never fell flat. A talented fencer and acrobat were among the crowd as well.
She glanced at the entrance, a feeling of longing tugging in her chest. Misaki slowly moved towards the large door, wondering what new adventures would await her inside. A sudden feeling of fatigue suddenly hit her, and she clutched my head as the world swirled around like her favorite orange tea.
When she came to, Misaki found herself in what appeared to be the kitchen. "How'd I end up in here?" she questioned, and sluggishly sat up. Her head ached a little, but Misaki managed to pull herself up and observe her surroundings. Exotic foods and vegetables lay scattered on the counters, forgotten. She made my way out of the kitchen and into the cafeteria, which was surprisingly empty. "Hello?" Misaki asked, her quiet voice echoing louder than she expected. With no response, she decided to make her first goal finding her classmates.

[[ooc: pardon my writing, i haven't done an RP in a long while ]] With a slight adjustment to her headband, Ayako Ito was ready to meet everyone else- you have to look your best right? Especially when you want everyone to feel a bit inferior just by seeing you in their peripheral vision. The Super High-School level student glanced up at the building looming over her, and clutched her bag. The girl was confident until she took a good look at the building, it was so huge. I wonder what this school has in store for me? Hopefully a high-speed internet connection, she thought to herself. The wind blew faintly and started messing with her hair, panicking, she started to get a move on, normally she didn't care about her appearance, but if she's in front of a camera or a new audience, she has to look her best. Feeling a quick breeze, she opened the large door and stepped inside. She started mumbling to herself, "...I wonder if anyone is here yet?" Ayako made her way into the entrance hall, it felt a bit empty- actually kind of spooky, with a quick glance of the hall she decided she didn't like this at all, maybe she should wait outside for someone to go in with. Yes, yes, perfect idea. The slender girl gathered her bags up and walked quickly back to the door. Suddenly, everything was in slow motion- or so it seemed. Ayako's vision blurred, sharpened, and blurred once more, the room started to spin and she couldn't make out any of the objects she could before, she started to fall backwards and then... darkness.
She awoke on a cold floor... a cold DIRTY floor. Ayako quickly got up and brushed herself off, and took in her surroundings. An.... A/V room? She eyed the large screens, and then the ugly, yellow chairs, and immediately felt cramped. She suddenly recalled that she was in the entrance hall and then passed out, how long have I been unconscious? She was worried that everybody had shown up already, and here she was- goofing off in the A/V room! Ayako quickly started to make her way back to the entrance hall, how embarrassing! Passing out on her first day, no one will take me seriously or feel the least bit inferior! Especially not after this! The panicked girl started walking faster.

Yuuki cheerfully rushed towards the entrance, not even close to tripping. She was more than used to running in high heels, after all. A smile brightened her face and her eyes were full of curiosity. She was still having some trouble believing she had made into Hope's Peak.
There were so many cute Ganguro Girls who posted their cute pictures in their cute blogs! She was so excited she barely managed to sleep the previous night, so she spent most of the night texting her friends. She didn't feel all that tired, though, which was good because she'd cause a very bad impression if she slept in class in her very first day.
New people to talk to, new friends to make! Sure, not everything was going to be perfect: Hope's Peak was still a school after all, so there'd be still things like homework and nagging teachers. Sure, Yuuki knew her studies were important, but that didn't make studying any less boring. But Yuuki didn't care, she was too happy too care.
She started feeling dizzy and tried to do her best not to faint. Not only she could get hurt, but that'd be even more embarrassing than sleeping in class.
She woke up in what looked like a public bath. In the water. Her clothes! Come on, they were expensive! Well, expensive for her, at least. Was that some kind of haze? What kind of dumb haze was that, she could have drowned! Well, at least she didn't twist her ankle or something when she fell, right?
She dried herself with a towel and then left the public bath. The school was so quiet, it was creepy, really. Maybe someone knew what was going on, and if they didn't, hey, at least she could make a new friend, huh?

Akira frowned slightly. There it was. Hope's Peak Academy. It was as amazing as everyone said it would be. Akira's frown soon turned into a grin as he stood in front of the large building. He was here because he had been scouted out. Out of all the high school hairdressers in the country, he had been chosen for Hope's Peak. It was definitely a great honor.
Yesterday, after showering and dinner, he had gone on the website to check out who else would be going. A SHSL Internet Celebrity was in the mix, as well as a SHSL Surfer and a SHSL Fencer.
SHSL Hairdresser must have sounded pretty silly compared to some of these other titles. Wait, what was he thinking!? SHSL Hairdresser was the BEST title to have. Always having the best hair, being able to transform anyone's lame hair into a great look, it was almost like a superpower!
So, without any further hesitation, he opened up the doors to Hope's Peak Academy, with a determined look that said, 'just-try-to-stop-me-now'.
But, as soon as he took two steps in, his vision started to blur. "What's this?" He muttered as his vision turned dark and soon, he was on the floor, passed out.
He woke up in an unfamiliar place. "W-where am I?" Akira asked, rubbing the back of his head, feeling a bump from where he had hit the floor when he passed out earlier. "This is... so strange." He frowned, and got up, brushing himself off.
He appeared to be in some sort of gym. It was a nice gym, definitely. Gym wasn't Akira's favorite subject, but it was important to exercise and stay fit.
Now that he was up, it would probably be a good idea to find his classmates, so he left the gym, heading back to the entrance hall.

This was it. This was his first day attending Hope's Peak Academy. Katsurou Takahashi had never expected that he would be attending such a school, and he had been a bit hesitant in the first place to go. Such a prestigious school where there was only the best of the best...it was more than a little intimidating. He couldn't help but feel the pressure weighing down on him, the compulsion of needing to do well. It was how he felt before a fencing match. He had never lost a match, and he wasn't sure he could handle screwing up his perfect record. In the same vein, he wasn't sure what he'd do if he somehow didn't live up to expectations at this school.
The fencer stood in front of the imposing academy. It towered over him, and he felt small in comparison. But it was just a building, he reminded himself, a fixture of brick and mortar and glass and steel. After a moment's hesitation, he mustered up a smirk and headed for the doors. There wasn't anything left to be afraid of. The hard part had already come. Out of thousands of high school students, he had been selected. That was enough to merit his worth, and he wasn't going to get self-conscious now.
Besides, it wasn't as if he wasn't happy to attend to school. In fact, he was absolutely elated. It definitely beat the school his parents had originally planned him to attend, the private high school his father had gone to. Katsurou before had believed there had to be some limit to how pretentious something could get, and that school broke all expected limits. It was a high-brow, tight-laced, shined shoes and straight tie sort of place, which made him sick to his stomach to even think about. Hope's Peak Academy, at least, seemed promising.
With his high spirits restored and a confident front put on, he pushed his way through the doors...and didn't go three steps before stumbling. What was going on? He was typically nothing short of graceful on his feet, but now he could hardly remain upright. His head was pulsing; he felt faint. The room was spinning like he'd stepped onto an amusement park ride. Colors blurred and merged into a massive smear against his eyeballs. He couldn't think, couldn't do anything except clutch onto the sides of his head. His vision danced like white noise until, finally, fading out into hazy blackness. Suddenly he sat up, his head smacking into something hard. "Ow! What the hell...?" Glancing up, he saw it was the underside of a desk. But what was a desk doing in the main hall of the school? On his second try, Katsurou stood up without banging his skull. Blinking the remaining blurriness out of his eyes, he managed to get a good look at his surroundings and realized he was in a classroom.
"When did I...get to a classroom?" he asked himself aloud, his voice coming out a bit weaker than expected. The last he remembered was walking into the main hall, and the sudden bout of blurriness and confusion. He wasn't sure how that translated to waking up on a classroom floor. But whatever. He didn't have time to linger on that. Figuring he should probably find someone else, he dashed out of the room and into the halls.

Chinatsu frowned as she held a trophy in her hands, reading what it was for and who it had been received by. Looking down at it, she noted it was awfully sharp. She could easily trip with it in her hands and lose an eye. Quickly putting the trophy back, Chinatsu looked around at everything else. There didn't seem to be much else besides the trophies.
It would probably be the best for her if she left and tried to find her classmates and what in the world was going on. Chinatsu had passed out before, like when she was dissecting a frog in her science class and her classmates and her had discovered it was pregnant, but she had never passed out so randomly! Then again, it could've been from lack of sleep.
Making her way back to the entrance hall with some difficulties, she looked around in confusion. It seemed different. Had there always been that iron bulkhead over there? Chinatsu's frown deepened as she approached it. It was strange. She probably would have noticed it when she entered the entrance hall.
How long had she been out?
Sighing, Chinatsu let it slide. It was probably just for safety precautions, right? But still...It might just be best to wait around here to see if anyone else showed up.
Sighing she tapped her foot somewhat impatiently, as she leaned against a wall. Her classmates had probably all gotten together somewhere and had forgotten all about her!
The thought made her even more anxious for someone to arrive. Chinatsu didn't like being alone that much. She would much rather be with people.

Well, her body was dry (most of her stickers too, hooray for waterproof stickers!), her clothes were almost there. How did the hell she wind up at a public bath? And in the water? At least she didn't drown or something! That was very, very dangerous.
Stupid haze! Unless it wasn't a haze... A haze would be the most logical explanation, but everything was too... Complicated and well planned to be a haze: drug her or some poison gas or whatever and drag her into the water. Huh? That was so weird! If anyone could only tell her what was going on... But she had been walking for good few minutes, and no one in sight.
She eventually ran into someone. The blonde looked as confused as Yuuki, and also kind of upset. Maybe Yuuki could cheer her up or whatever. And hey, maybe they could be friends? And be confused together, or something. And the girl, whoever she was, was hurt? Because whoever knocked them down didn't really care about their well being: unconscious in the water?! That was terrible!
She rushed towards the girl, smiling and also waving a bit. Sure, she was confused and lost, but hey, meeting a new person was always awesome, right? Or the beggining of something awesome, unless they turned out to be assholes. Then it wasn't.
"Hey, you're new here too, right?" She knew it was obvious, but still, "You doing fine? I almost freaking drowned, so I figured I should better check," her smile was softer as she said that last sentence.

Akira frowned as he pushed through the double doors of the gymnasium. He should probably try to find someone now. Then maybe he could find out exactly what in the world was going on. Taking one last good look at the gym, he began to stride away from the place he had awoke in, trying to find out where he should go.
Maybe it would be best if he returned to the entrance...
So, with the entrance hall in mind, he passed some rooms and followed the hallway all the way back to the entrance hall. There were already two people there. A tan girl, and a blonde girl. "Oh. Hey." He smiled a bit, trying to be friendly. It always paid to be nice and friendly to people.
As he approached the two girls, he could already tell one of their titles. The tan girl was obviously a Ganguro Girl, which meant she was the SHSL Ganguro Girl he had read about on the forums.
The other girl's title was a little less apparent, and had he not seen a picture of her on the forums, he probably wouldn't have immediately guessed it.
But now, looking at her, it was kind of obvious that she was SHSL Surfer. She wasn't too tan, she probably wore sunscreen when surfing, but she was fit like she did some kind of sport, and the shell necklace was somewhat of a giveaway to what sport that was.
"I'm Akira Tachibana," Akira began, smiling a little. "Super High School Level Hairdresser, if you couldn't tell." His grin faded a bit. "A bit of a strange question, but did either of you pass out recently? Like, when after you got into the school?" The passing out was strange, and he was going to get to the bottom of it.
He never passed out unless he was dead tired, and he hadn't even been the least bit tired when he passed out.

Hope's Peak Academy, many would hope and dream of being accepted into such a fine establishment. To be a student was to say that you were the best and that you were destined for greater things. If you made it in there, you made it anywhere, so to speak. Only a fool would scoff at such an opportunity.
One such fool was Rin Fujioka.
If there was one thing in the world Rin couldn't stand, it was snobbery. She hated the airs and graces that surrounded the social elite, parading in their pretensions and living a lie as they would try to convince you they knew exactly what they were talking about, yet you always knew it was just verbal diarrhoea. Hope's Peak was exactly the sort of landfill site where these sacks of garbage would be allowed to fester and stagnate.
Yet, she was a mere two inches away from the front door, staring and fuming silently at the handle. If it wasn't for her old man begging and pleading with her, she wouldn't even have gotten this far. Who was she kidding though, she was nervous as hell. She knew that there were fencers, acrobats, surfers in this school. Hell, there were teenage pilots in there, how does that kind of thing even happen?! She knew that everyone else in this school at least had a decent reason to be there. All she had done was bust a few hundred noses in the underground bare-knuckle boxing scene, and apparently that was enough to list her down as a Super High School Level Boxer.
She felt as though she didn't belong here, and she wasn't going to try to ask for acceptance. It was only a short period of her life, and at the end of it all, this was a place to get a good education. She would do the minimum amount of socialising just to get by and then it could just be a fleeting thing in the past. With a deep exhale, she reached her arm out, pulled the door towards her and stepped inside.
She hadn't been in there for a second and already she hated everything about it. It felt cold, there wasn't a single person in the entrance hall, not even a staff member and what was with the strange lighting? While she tried to get her head around what she believed was the fashion for snobby schools, she felt her head getting lighter. The room was spinning and she was losing control of her balance. It was useless to resist whatever forces were stopping her, she fell to the floor and stared up at the ceiling.
"Great. I'm allergic to this school."
With that moment she cracked a smile then let her heavy eyelids fall into place.
---
Time had passed, and Rin slowly woke up, scratching her head. She looked up and saw lots of little weird knick-knacks on shelves in front of her. She looked to her side quickly, she was still in the school, no doubt about it. But what was with this little room? She then caught sight of a till register hiding by some trinkets. Her eyebrows fell into a furrow as she sighed.
Did this school really have a souvenir shack?
Yes.
Yes it did.
God, she was really starting to hate it here.
Without wasting another second she swiftly got up onto her feet, looking for a clue to find some more students. She looked around a pillar and found that the entrance hall was just on the other side of the corridor. Better there than here, she thought. She made her way towards her destination, hoping that there was at least one person in this hell of a high school with her.

As the students made their way to the entrance hall, a new sound rang throughout the school - that of static and feedback. A moment later, a cartoon-like voice made its way above the sound of static, the words of which were, "Oh, is this thing on? Can you bastards hear me?" The voice waited a moment before continuing, "Ah good! Yes! Look, look at all the students waking up! How wonderful, how great! Upupupu!! I will be there to meet you shortly, so continue making your way to the entrance hall!"
The intercom system made a typical clicking sound as it was hung up. Monobear was sure the students were confused, but that didn't concern him. What concerned him, this time, was if they would be as sharp as tacks, or as dumb as rocks! Would they figure out the mystery of Hope's Peak this time, like the last groups? Or would the mastermind have to reveal themselves to these halfwits?

Hiroto wandered through the halls, passing by a couple doors as he went. He wondered about what they held behind them with vague interest, but now was no time for investigating. He had to find the others. The best place to check first, he decided, was the entrance hall.
The path to the entrance hall was straightforward - literally. Hiroto still managed to get lost, finding himself in the gym when an announcement came over the intercom. The voice was high, almost cartoonish. His brow furrowed. He never heard of a headmaster having such a high voice, but who was he to judge? The voice echoed off the walls of the immense gym, ringing in the boy’s ears. He nodded, despite being alone, and headed out of the gym in the opposite direction, towards the entrance hall.
Upon his arrival, he saw several people already there, including two attractive girls. Although one seemed to be a ganguro, which deterred him. He liked his girls to be more natural than the over the top ganguros were. But oh well. If she was one of his options, why eliminate her just because of her appearance? The other girl seemed quite cute, though, with her blonde hair and freckles. She was a major contender.
He also spotted a boy with ridiculous pink hair. Hiroto smirked. “Hey, pinkie,” he said with a wave. “What happened? Did someone spike your shampoo with dye?”

[ooc: aaaah i wish we had more people in the rp aw darn, also Hiroto is friggin' hilarious]
Ayako was continuing her search for her other classmates, Oh God, I'm late aren't I? It really didn't help her nerves once- what she thought to be- the headmasters announcement came on, but it got her to walk even faster. Finally she got back to the entrance hall, but before she entered the entrance hall she noticed that there were people there, and she froze. Without a mirror she tried fixing her hair, which ought to be a mess by now, while combing her teal hair through her fingers she glanced back at the small group of students. The SHSL Internet Celebrity decided that, without a mirror, her hair was hopeless and she gave up- approaching her fellow classmates.
She walked hesitantly, giving her time to size up her peers. She'd never met a ganguro girl in real life before, she saw them on the internet but NEVER did she think of actually meeting one. Interesting, she thought to herself, there was actually a diversity in this small crowd, a blond tan chick, pink hair dude, ganguro girl and some other guy who looked to be a huge tool... She got close enough to say something.
"Hey there, am I late?" Ayato blurted out, completely, and selfishly, interrupting any conversation they were having.
[ooc: my computer tried to correct ganguro as kangaroo, just thought i'd share]
