Misaki continued down the main hall, keeping an eye out for a fellow student or teacher. The whole school seemed to be void of life, and it frightened her a little. "Oh god, this is just like a horror movie." Misaki panicked, and quickly turned the corner. To her relief, a group of people stood in front of the entrance...which was guarded by a huge steel door. 'Was it always like that?' she thought to herself. She quietly approached the strange cluster of students. "Hello, everyone! I apologize for interrupting, if I did." Misaki said, raising her voice a little. Everyone seemed to be distracted by something. She attempted to see what they were looking at, and that's when she saw it.
A bear.

Akira frowned deeply. What was up with everyone insulting his hair today? Had nobody heard of a fashion statement? "I'll have you know that my hair is not awful. It's quite the opposite. It's stylish." Insert one of Akira's sassy trademark hair flips right here. "And for the record, if anyone's hair is awful, it's Miss Split Ends over there." Akira motioned to Chinatsu as he glanced over at her hair. "Like, have you even heard of damage control shampoo?" Akira grinned, though it was a bit of a sneer.
As Akira listened to the bear speak, his hands came to rest on his hips. This was just getting weirder and weirder. "A game, huh?" Akira frowned. "If it involves me getting knocked out again, count me out."
Akira looked over as he saw the new girl walk in. "Oh hello." He smiled a little, and waved as the girl neared the group. So far Akira and Hiroto were the only boys. That would be fine as long as more new students came to even it out. "You're just in time to witness my decent into insanity." He rolled his eyes, his voice dripping with sarcasm.

A robot, huh, Hiroto thought, studying the stuffed bear, who apparently was the Headmaster. It had one normal-looking side, white and fluffy and stereotypical of a bear. The right side, however, was what he would describe as demonic. In place of a glass eye was a red, jagged gap. He wasn’t sure if this was some kind of cruel joke or what. Well, at least Monobear had a sense of humor. He snickered at the bear’s hair joke. The other boy’s hair was pretty awful. He was gleefully aware of the fact that he and Pinkie were the only boys to arrive so far, which was great, because that meant less competition.
Upon hearing Akira's sass-filled comments, Hiroto scowled. "Hey man, don't insult girls," he said. "It's not cool. Plus, you aren't even one to talk, Pinkie. Chinatsu's hair is fine, but your hair on the other hand, man..." He was one to defend the good-looking innocent when the good-looking innocent needed defending. And Chinatsu definitely qualified as a good-looking innocent.
Right as the bear wrapped up speaking, a girl entered. She had freckles and brilliant green eyes. At least a seven out of ten. He sidled over to her and flashed a brilliant smile. “It’s fine, sweetheart,” he said. “We were just in the middle of listening to our headmaster, who is, for the record, a stuffed bear.”

By now, Rin would usually be foaming at the mouth at the expensive eccentricities going on around her, but she came to the conclusion that things would only get weirder as time progressed. The way she saw it, it was just best to suck it up and get over it. After all, her first impressions for her classmates, so far, seemed to be completely off the mark. It would be unfair to keep thinking of them as spoilt brats.
Speaking of classmates, she was starting to think about the locations of the other students. Despite the Head-Bear's impatience and somewhat misplaced enthusiasm, he didn't really seem to take much action about the latecomers. She just kept asking herself 'What if the other students were lost?' She certainly didn't have a map on her when she woke up. Then again she didn't have that far to go so there might not have been a reason for her to have one. This train of logic needed someone to back her up, and she wasn't sure who would be bothered to befriend her right now. Nevertheless, it probably would earn her some brownie points to ask a sound question...
"Hey, Mr Head-Bear Sir? Wouldn't it be quicker if some of us started looking for the other students? They could just be lost..."

There was this girl who was lost... And Akira making a nasty comment towards a girl... Chinatsu, right? For no good reason. But yeah, her hair was bad. Yuuki tried to make sure her hair was always healthy, dyed or not! But not all people knew about that kind of stuff and many others just didn't care, so. "Yeah, it's kind of bad, but maybe, like, she just doesn't know how to manage it?"
She did agree with him about not joining the game, though. Whatever the hell the game was, "That's the dumbest, most annoying thing ever and I don't want to be part of it, either," she agreed with him, but wondered if she'd have a choice. They had been knocked down, there was an army of robots, the thing looked pretty damn hostile...

Chinatsu frowned slightly as she clutched the tips of her hair, examining them. Akira was right. She did have bad split ends. Sighing, she looked at Akira and Hiroto, who looked about ready to fight. "Let's not fight! Let's all get along and have fun with this game!" She cried nervously. "And Hiroto, you don't have to defend me like that... I know it's true about my split ends. I really only use shampoo to wash my hair...I don't like conditioner..." She admitted, knowing that she'd probably be berated by Akira for that.
She then turned to Misaki. "Heya!" She smiled a bit, cheerfully. "I'm Chinatsu Minami, Super High School Level Surfer! It's nice to meet you!" Extending her hand in Misaki's direction, she took the girl's hand and shook it gently.
"But anyways, I like that girl's idea." She referred to Rin as 'that girl' only because she didn't know her name. She didn't think had introduced herself, and if she had, Chinatsu had missed it.

Arms folded, Ayako swayed sided to side lightly, closing her eyes. Everyone was talking, everyone was talking and it gave her a headache and she felt like her nerves were injected with some sort of adrenaline. This was- weird... so weird, not typical, like, really? A stuffed bear-robot who can talk as our headmaster? High unlikely. This had to be some sort of a messed up dream she was having, after all- she did pass out earlier didn't she?
Ayako thought to herself about how nice it would be to be snuggled up in her bed, clutching a cup of coffee, scrolling through her favorite blog. She wanted to be anywhere but here, she silently kept wishing that everyone would just shut up so she could continue her nice little fantasy inside her head, anywhere but here, please. A girl with a stick in her mouth contributed a decent idea, go find the other students. It was decent... but jumbled Ayako's nerves even more, but it would be better than doing nothing. "I guess that can work, stick-girl." Ayako said, agreeing with Ms.Surfs-up. She opened her eyes and jumped, she noticed someone new, short hair, green eyes, freckles- good thing she was later than she was.

[ooc: just a very short post to show that monobear has left the room]
Monobear remained quiet, aside from the occasional giggle, as everyone looked at him and asked questions. This year was bound to be a wonderful year of course - if these bastards could make it that long, that is! They'd all be dead within a few weeks, Monobear was sure of it!
As Misaki entered the room and attracted the attention of the others, this individual Monobear slinked into the shadows and literally just vanished - except of course there was a sort of Monobear trap door installed in that individual tile. It was the same which he had sprung out of. There were hundreds within the school, and all were virtually undetectable. How else would Monobear make his appearances? He can't just WALK into the room!
The robot reloaded itself for another quick entrance later on, and all was quiet on the home-front - at least in the line of creepy, cartoony teddy bears.

(And once again, I suck ass at characterization WTF. Also, color coded names and mentions because I get confused easily sry)
"Oh, you're totally not interrupting anything," She smiled cheerfully at the freckled, green haired girl, "Yuuki Yukimura here!" Huh... Who was the girl chewing a stick? She looked pretty damn annoyed by the whole thing. Everyone was annoyed, but that one even more so. But anyway, looking for the other students would be a good idea and make everything go faster, and some other girls agreed.
She might as well join in!That was the smart choice AND could be fun! "Do you mind if I, like, join you people?" Yuuki's voice was more serious as she asked the stick chewing girl.
Maybe the green haired girl wanted to join in or something? Hell, maybe the boys wanted to join in or something? Huh... She could ask. Not to mention, maybe things would go faster if there were two groups. Maybe three: one group would stay there or something. Sure, smaller groups meant less fun, but still. Fun was always important, not a priority at the situation they were in, though. Not to be completely neglected either, mind.
"Maybe it would be better if... There were like, two or three groups or something? Two looking for more people, one staying here or I don't know?"

Rin was slightly surprised. She didn't actually expect anyone to take notice of her question, partially because there was already the commotion with Head-Bear's appearance, the arrival of the new shy girl and the bickering between the two boys. She couldn't help but leak a smile hearing the three girls agreeing with her idea, especially the Internet Idol.
"How would we decide who goes with who, though? I mean, apart from the obvious gap we need to bridge between those two..." She nodded her head towards the boys. "Seriously, you'd think there were more important things to worry about."
She carried on nibbling her stick before realising nobody knew her name or who she was. It's not like it could've been helped when they were already preoccupied, then again she did slip in without feeling the need to scream 'Hey! Look at me! I can punch stuff! Go me!'. She opened her mouth to introduce herself, but the only thing that came out was the cocktail stick dangling from her bottom lip. She caught the stick and swiftly placed it back in its little nook, leaning against the wall and folding her arms. Maybe it was not quite the time for giving out names. Then again, when would it be the right time? She mulled it over for a short while before deciding. She simply shrugged her shoulders and pushed herself off the wall, smirking.
"Name's Rin, by the way. I'm good at breaking noses and pounding meat. Nice to meet you."

[ooc: oh my god i typed up a whole thing and proboards didnt post it im gonna seppuku]
Ayako's eyebrows raised and she looked at Rin's general direction. What a sudden introduction, she thought, but then again, all introduction are sudden. No one plans an introduction. This girl was interesting, flaming hair, energetic personality- interesting... but scary. She seemed to have some sort of anger problem. Ayako took a mental note to either not talk to this girl ever or get on her good side. She didn't like "drama" of any kind. Unfortunately for Ayako, she had to go with the latter. Judging by whatever the hell kind of situation she and her classmates were in, she figured interaction with this ball-of-energy was inevitable.
With a sigh, Ayako got ready to reply to this lady, who she learned was called Rin. "So, you sure like punching things huh?" Ayako asked, already knowing the answer. Judging by her overall appearance, Rin seemed athletic. Althetic as in, a wrestler, a boxer even. But for all she knew, there could be some sort of a complicated plot twist and this girl could be the greatest and most influential poet of her generation. Ayako smirked, it wasn't that unlikely. The world is full of mysteries and twists.
The teal-haired teenager went over Rin's proposal once more, though she already agreed to it, she was having second thoughts. The weird looking bear said something about a game while throwing the word despair around. This school suddenly felt really unsafe and Ayako didn't want to move from where she was, she built up a sense of security around these other people. She didn't want to go searching for some missing students and end up being attacked by a spooky skeleton that just so happened to pop out of the supply closet. "On second thought, Rin," She paused to gather up her thoughts, "I don't think your plan is a very good idea. It could be dangerous in this school, we have no idea whats going on and that plush bear is being as vague as he- it can possibly be, we should stick together here and wait for the missing students to come to us."

Akira gasped at Chinatsu's confession. "You...you don't use conditioner?!" Akira shook his head with his frown. "Remind me to lend you my damage control shampoo and conditioner duo. Two weeks of my heavy duty stuff should make up for a lifetime of not conditioning." He smiled a little.
Akira looked to Rin as everyone agreed with her suggestion of splitting up to look for the remaining students. "Yeah. It'd be best if we weren't in the same group." He said, looking in Hiroto's direction. "There's seven of us, right? So we'll have uneven groups." Akira commented.
But then Ayako spoke up. "As vague as he was, I personally think we should still search for the students. And besides, it gives us time to get to know each other in a smaller group."
"This is just me, but I think the groups should be Yuuki, Ayako, Rin, and me. Miss Split Ends, green-eyes, and Inoue can all go together." He had selected the groups by the quality of their hair styles. Ayako and Yuuki were obviously going to be in his group, because their hair was great, and Rin's hairstyle suited her a lot. That left Chinatsu, the girl who hadn't given her name yet, and...him.
In reality, Chinatsu's hair style was fine, but her split ends would drive Akira crazy. The newest girl's hair was fine too. A nice color as well. But the groups would be very uneven if she was in his group, so into the other group she went.

“I hate to admit it - like, really hate to admit it, in fact I find it extremely painful to admit it - but Pinkie has a point,” Hiroto said. Groups sounded logical, and being the only boy in a group of girls was just an added bonus. Of course, if one group were to stay here and the other were to explore, he’d be in the latter. Adventure came naturally to Hiroto; there was no thrill in standing still.
He shrugged. “Of course, the lady here,” he said, referencing Ayako, “has a point.” He didn’t want to end up knocked out in front of the bathroom again or worse.
Then a new idea came to him. “What if we all went together?” That meant more girls. “We’d be safer if we were in a large group, you know?” It seemed to make the most sense to him, going in a large group. Fun and beneficial. What was there to lose? Of course, that meant he’d have to put up with Akira. At least Pinkie’s plan meant Hiroto wouldn’t have to stare at the other boy’s atrocious goatee for several hours. He really didn’t like him, and he could tell Akira felt the same way. “Or,” he began, “you girls could go with me and Pinkie here could wait for the others.” He flashed a brilliant smile. “I’m sure you wouldn’t mind, would you, Akira?”

Ayako glared at Hiroto, giving him an 'Are you serious?' look. "That's very charming," She decided to humor him, "but that wont work. We need all of us to stick together, or like Akira said, two groups." Ayako glanced over to a vacant hallway, it was so empty, she didn't like the idea of walking through it again, confused and alone- this time she would be with a few people, but with the same suspense, maybe even worse.
"But you know, it's not like I care about any of you guys, or anything- like, I just met you. I just think it would be a mega-hassle if one of us got lost, or hurt, and couldn't find the others." The Internet celebrity said lightly, trying to maintain a 'cool' status similar to the one she has on the internet. Ayako's stomach churned when she thought about the other students, where the heck were they? Did they die when they passed out? Are they lost and scared? She didn't want to think about anyone in that situation.

Rin thought for a second and smirked. "Or, you know. All you girls can stay here and I'll take the guys out for a little manly bonding session while we're exploring..." She flashed a cheeky grin while draping her arms over Akira and Hiroto's shoulders.
In all honesty, she didn't really care who she would be partnered with in this little scenario, but she did want to have a private word with Ayako. Since she announced her brief and rather blunt introduction, she could sense that the Internet Idol was rather uneasy around her. It was nothing she wasn't used to in all fairness, but given the current circumstances, it would be a bad idea to start giving people the wrong idea.
She lifted her arms off the boys and folded them across her chest, nodding slightly. "Seriously though, we should probably split the teams based on who actually wants to go or not. It'd be a good idea to keep a group here, for all we know some poor sod might be looking for us."
