Chinatsu smiled at Akira. "Uh, thanks I guess." She giggled a bit. "But like... Would I really need it? I mean, my hair is fine..." She said, her voice trailing off slightly. She thought her hair was okay, she just had splits ends, and split ends wouldn't make her hair fall out. That was really all Chinatsu cared about when it came to her hair. She didn't want to be bald. It was a pretty low expectation, and she'd never let Akira know the full extent of her hair mishaps for fear of his wrath.
She wouldn't tell him about the time she accidentally dyed her hair red, the time she got a whole wad of gum stuck in it, or the time when she was little she put toothpaste in her hair to make it minty fresh.
No, she definitely wouldn't tell him.
Chinatsu giggled nervously as Rin introduced herself. "It's nice to meet you, Rin!" She chirped. Hopefully her nose wouldn't be the one Rin was breaking.
Listening to Rin's conversation a bit more, Chinatsu chuckled at the 'manly bonding time' remark as Rin slung her arms around Akira and Hiroto. Then Rin made her last suggestion before Chinatsu decided to speak.
"I agree. I'd rather stay here than go and look for others." Chinatsu paused. "They probably just got lost and are on their ways now. It is a big school."

[[ooc: i'm putting her going into the school, passing out and meeting everyone into one post so I can catch up! also i just lost this post while writing it cries]]
Masuyo Watanabe looked up at the school and smirked. This was finally her time to shine. She had been working towards this for years, because for a SHSL Criminal, going to Hope's Peak meant total immunity. No one could touch her for her crimes any longer, and she was finally safe. Not like she needed it since she was already perfect at what she did, but a little extra protection never hurt anyone. The small girl walked towards the school with her head held high in an elegant outfit handpicked from the closet of a former classmate. However along with that, she was carrying two bags. A pink purse and an uncharacteristically large black backpack.
The redhead hesitated before entering the school, and decided to set her back down right in front of the two large doors. She opened it and began to look through it. I'll just double check one more time. She thought to herself. Fake money, check. Lockpicking set, check. Bobby pins, check. She checked over a few more things before pulling out a small object and delicately smiling at it. Not like I'll need it..but everyone should have a good knife around. Who knows when it will come in handy. She repacked her bag before stepping through the doors for real this time.
Masuyo took a look around the empty entrance hall and scrunched up her face in confusion. There was not a soul in sight. How odd...I didn't think I was late. Hmph. They're missing out. She continued to strut down the entrance hall when things started to spin. The gray walls and white floor melted into one continuous substance and the lights began to drip down to the ground. Masuyo rubbed her eyes, thinking she was hallucinating, but it was no use. She fell to the floor following the trails of light and color.
She woke up with a start, only to find herself in a different hallway this time, with many doors on the side. She frantically stood up and ran her fingers through her hair, attempting to straighten it as best as she could. What on earth could that possibly have been? If some idiot is playing a trick on me I swear...I'm going to get to the bottom of this! Masuyo tossed her hair behind her back and angrily stormed off to find the entrance hall once more. Upon finally returning to the place where she passed out, she saw a group of other people discussing something. Odd..there was no one here a few minutes ago.
"Excuse me!" she called out in a high pitched voice. "What the hell is going on here? Someone explain this at once!" Masuyo crossed her arms and impatiently waited for her demands to be satisfied.

[ooc: im on my phone so i cant format anything or use colors :-( so bear with me]
A new, sassy, voice popped up. Ayako snapped her head over to the owner of this new voice. Someone new! The internet celebrity eyed the figure down. Female, short, long hair, looked kind of stuck-up, and judging by her sweet little hello- this girl seemed to have issues.
"None of us know what's going on, we were just going to go out and find the other students since it has been a while since we all met up here. Thanks for saving us some time, one less person to look for." Ayako gave a tired sigh, just standing here was exhausting. This girl showed up, maybe the others will too. "So, wanna introduce yourself? We are gonna be here for a bit."

So someone showed up! Yep, Rin was right, it'd be better if a group stayed there. That girl, whoever she was, found the way, maybe others would. But maybe someone got injured and needed help.
That girl, was... Huh... It was pretty obvious she had some sort of attitude problem. Alright, Yuuki was fully aware she wasn't exactly a shining example of behaviour, but at least she didn't act like some spoiled princess.
No, no, Yuuki, you shouldn't judge people like that! Maybe the newcomer was just in a bad mood! Waking up in weird places tend to destroy people's moods, after all. Yeah, it was probably just that. And if it wasn't, then... Well, then it'd be harder to befriend her, but Yuuki'd still try.
Yuuki nodded as Ayako spoke. That was a good summary of the situation, yeah. Except she didn't mention Monobear and that was probably kind of important? Even though maybe the newcomer had ran into the weird robot already, who knew? But maybe not, so someone should tell the girl about it, right? "Some robot bear thing showed up and said he was the headmaster, it was pretty ridiculous," Yuuki's voice was more serious than the usual.
"Yuuki Yukimura, by the way!" The ganguro girl was smiling and speaking in her usual cheerful tone. And then she realized she had yet to introduce herself to some people. Way to start a friendship, Yuuki!

Akira tensed a bit as Rin slung her arms around his shoulders, and frowned at the 'manly bonding' remark. "I'd actually rather have my hair fall out." Akira said, in reference to Rin's comment. Glaring at Hiroto one last time, he turned his attention to Chinatsu.
"Yes, you'd really need it. Your hair is obviously trying to call out for help." Akira sighed. "Thank God, I'm here to rescue it."
Akira chuckled to himself, as if what he said was funny. He then turned to the newcomer. "But yeah. We all passed out and made our way here. I'm assuming the same happened to you."
"Akira Tachibana. If you couldn't tell, I'm Super High School Level Hairdresser." He paused for dramatic effect. "And you are?" He looked pretty uninterested, examining his nails, but he was secretly pretty interested in what the newcomer's name and title was. Though, he didn't want to look too uninterested so he looked at her expectantly.

Even though she knew the comment was directed towards Hiroto, Rin started furrowing her eyebrows towards Akira and holding her hands up. Jeez, apparently this school also had a no-fun policy. She shrugged her shoulders while rolling the stick in her mouth.
Then she heard it. How she wish she hadn't. A chill trickled down her spine. She felt her teeth pang out as if she just bit into a scoop of ice-cream. Her head started to pound. It could've only been one thing... The high-pitched shrill of a pampered princess.
She slowly turned around to see the newcomer in all her glory, wincing at every little tell-tale sign. Covered in pink, check. Impatient pout, check. Crossed arms, check. Tapping foot... Actually, no tapping foot. Regardless of what her feet were doing, it was still crystal clear that Rin was not going to like being around her at all. In fact she needed to get out of there now.
"Right, I'm gonna go look for these chumps. If you're coming you better come now." She shoved her way past the princess and marched out of the hall.

Post by Ayumu Yamaguchi on May 30, 2013 16:52:04 GMT -5
[ooc: This post ended up being a bit long because I tried to fit going into the school, waking up and meeting the classmates all in one post, I'm sorry if this is too!]
Ayumu Yamaguchi stood before the tall building that was Hope's Peak Academy carrying his two bags filled with anything he felt absolutely necessary to bring. Anything ranging from toiletries to his all time favorite games. Of course he brought plenty of the latter. After all that’s the reason he was even asked to attend this prestigious school! As a Super High School Level Gamer, he is one of the main faces of gaming at the moment, participating and ranking in world tournaments, critiquing games and posting them online for everyone to see, and bringing the ‘Gamer’ stereotype into a more positive light.
He shivered in front of the school. It’s not that it was cold outside, it was that he was nervous about the whole ‘most amazing school in the world expecting you to be one of the most amazing students in the world’ deal that caused him to shiver in anticipation and fear. He tried calming himself. Reaching into his bag he brought out one of his most prized possessions. The very first ribbon he had ever won. It was a 1st Place ribbon for participating in the Go tournament at his elementary school. He came into that tournament with next to no knowledge about the game or it’s rules but with the different outlook on the game Ayumu managed to just barely win the tourney. It was a great feeling though and the first time he truly felt he had a talent. So he took what he had a ran with it.
Ayumu smiled while reminiscing about the past and his journey that took him here, to Hope’s Peak Academy. He nodded while stuffing the ribbon into one of his pockets. It would be his good luck charm not to mess up on the first day. He ran up the steps, pulled open the large double doors and.........tripped flat onto his face.
The SHSL Gamer just laid on the ground for a short while. Almost too afraid to move and cause further embarrassment Ayumu just made a low groaning noise. After a few seconds not hearing anything besides his groaning he slowly brought his arms up and pushed himself off of the ground. Almost immediately after he did that the world began to blur. The intricate floor tiles seemed to bleed, twist and distort themselves together. Light and darkness mixed together to form strange blobs of eye searing colors. As to most people who would experience this, Ayumu became increasingly scared.
“Wh-what...? Why the fffuuuuc......”
That’s when Ayumu’s arms gave out and he fell forward once again, blacking out before his face met the floor. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________
“.............” “................................” “...Ugh.....My..........head.....”
Ayumu slowly came into conscience. He felt uncomfortable and stiff. After adjusting his sitting position, he began to look around. Or at least he tried to. He couldn’t see a damn thing! After even lifting his hand up to his face and over his nose, he couldn’t make out his fingers. Panic began to set in. Ayumu frantically flailed all around him. His hands didn’t go far as they slapped against walls. Unfortunately when flaling his limbs he managed to hit a lever. Water began spraying down from on high, reminding Ayumu of the one thing he hated the most of everything in the entire world.
Showers. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________
One small screaming and drying session later, Ayumu Yamaguchi was out of his dorm room. Or at least he assumed it was his dorm room because of the key he found inside bearing his name. Looking forward he saw a long hallway leading to a wide large entrance. To his right was a set of doors and then a different hallway going forward. The boy shivered again. The combonation of the drafty hallway, ice cold surprise shower and the strange emptiness of the school would've given even the strongest of men shivers.
Ayumu silently walked down the hallway towards the large entrance, passing by other dormitories and a large room with multiple doors in it. The gamer shivered again. "For such a large place...it's so empty..." It reminded Ayumu of the common trope where game creators place a large empty room right before a huge boss fight to build up tension and anticiaption for it's players. He always thought it was a bit overdone but experiencing it in real life made it seem really effective.
"Just...just keep moving Yamaguchi. Everything'll be alright..." The boy walked up to the entrance and paused. He heard...voices! Ayumu gasped and paused for a moment to make sure he simply wasn't going mad. After confiriming that the voices weren't in his head, he raced towards the source as fast as he could. Sure enough he found people. A group of students had congregrated at the front entrance of the school.
"Oh! Oh thank God!" He panted due to being a little winded. "Wh-what's going on here? Why'd I wake up in the shower? Where's all the other students, or teachers even?" He paused and wiped his brow before continuing to blather on. "My name's Ayumu Yamaguchi, Super High School Level Gamer. That ring a bell to anyone?"

Hiroto laughed at Rin's preposterous proposition and slung his arm over her shoulder as well. "Man, as much as I would love bonding time with Pinkie, I'll have to pass," he said with a grin. In truth, he'd rather have his hair cut by Akira than do anything with the boy.
He startled at the sound of a high, shrill voice and looked around, finally laying eyes upon a beautiful redhead. He grinned, sidled up to her. "Hello, milady," he said. "The name's Hiroto Inoue. I'm a Super High School Level Pilot. Maybe we can go flying together sometime." He winked for good measure (again), completely oblivious to the girl's primadonna attitude. He was, as always when around girls, infatuated.
Of course, the spell was broken when the newcomer arrived. Hiroto's eyes passed over him, and he had to do a double-take to effectively register the boy. "Hey," he said, "you could've at least taken a shower while you were in there, man." He grinned to portray that it was a joke and was ignorant of the notion that it might not be taken as one. This boy didn't look like big competition, he noted, which was good, because that left him as the sole contender. That was due to the fact that he was 87% sure Akira was gay, and this guy obviously didn't have enough self hygiene to get some ladies.
He noticed Rin walking away and jogged over to catch up with her. "Hey, slow down, beautiful. I'm coming too, y'know." He was eager to see the rest of the school. It was getting boring chit-chatting anyways.

Ayako looked at the damp-haired boy, with his damp clothes, and wide scared brown eyes. Gamer, huh? Impressive. He looked a bit deathly though, his bags went on for miles-even worse than her own. At least mine are in style, she smirked to herself. Did the bloke wake up with the shower already on, or did he turn it on? These were questions for another day, people were starting to leave, and as much as she'd like to meet new people (not) she didn't want to stand in one place for too long, her nerves were screaming at her to move, to do something with the adrenaline in her body.
With a groan in reaction to Hiroto's recycled pick-up line, Ayako followed him and Rin. "I wonder if we will find anything?" She mumbled. She wasn't very excited, but she would rather walk with people who she was already introduced to, than to talk to new people. Ayako turned her head to look back at the group she was abandoning. The gamer looked familiar, from her times blogging she's seen his picture a few times, a lot of people basically worship this guy. Interesting. She turned her head back in front of her so she would see where she was walking and not accidentally step on someones heels.

"If you don't mind, Rin, I'll go with you." Misaki murmured. Not soon after saying that, a girl with long, flowy hair and a boy whose hygiene was not his biggest concern approached the rapidly growing group of students. The girl demanded to be informed on what was happening, while the boy, who then introduced himself as Ayumu Yamaguchi, simply gave his greeting and SHSL. Realizing that she had not introduced herself to everyone, her face flushed a crimson red.
"My name is Misaki Takenaka, and I'm a Super Highschool Level Botanist!" she stammered, her words almost getting mixed up. Misaki hated the fact that she basically avoided human contact her entire childhood, and spent nearly all her time alone in her room experimenting with plants. It might have been the very reason why she became introverted and shy. "I hope we can all be friends..." Not wanting to talk anymore, she scampered after Rin and Hiroto, hoping that this school would be the cure for her awkwardness.

Ayumu Yamaguchi, Ayumu Yamaguchi... Huh, no, Yuuki had never heard of him before. Then again, she didn't play a lot of video games. He looked as lost and confused as the others. "We don't know what's going on or why we woke up in weird places, sorry," well, that bear had probably done and it probably had something to do with that weird game, but other than that, they knew as much as him, "No teachers in sight, just a weird robot who decided he's the headmaster," Monobear was so ridiculous she wondered wheter he and the girl in pink would believe her.
"Hey, Fujioka, can I join in? But if someone really wants to come, I might stay here or something," Come to think about it, there were enough people for three groups now, right? Huuum... "And, like... Two more people found us, maybe now we probably can split ourselves in like, three groups and still be safe?"

((ooc: i'm changing chinatsu's font color sorry for any confusion))
Chinatsu pouted. "Now, that's not really nice." She frowned at Akira and crossed her arms, biting the inside of her cheek. "I don't go around telling people their hair sucks, when I, myself, shouldn't really be talking." Chinatsu paused. Oh shoot, that was mean. Immediately Chinatsu grinned sheepishly. "Sorry Akira," she began slowly. "I just don't understand your hair style. It's cool and all, but..." Her voice trailed off as pushed her index fingers together.
Chinatsu gasped a bit at the arrival of the new student. "Oh gosh." She smiled, unable to contain a small squeak of excitement. "Y-you're Ayumu Yamaguchi! SHSL Gamer!!" Grinning widely, she scooted over to shake his hand. It was slightly damp, but she didn't mind. Realizing that she was probably attracting a lot of attention, she took back her hand and smiled modestly. "I..I'm a fan." She admitted softly.
While she wouldn't consider herself too much of a gamer, she did play a lot of Pokemon and sometimes first-person shooter games, so of course she knew of Ayumu Yamaguchi, famous gamer.
"I'll just stay here..." Chinatsu said awkwardly as everyone began to leave. "I mean, someone needs to stay here if someone else comes!"

Post by Masuyo Watanabe on May 30, 2013 19:32:41 GMT -5
Masuyo raised an eyebrow, "A robot bear?" she laughed slightly. "Likely story but I'll go with it." She eyed the two girls up and down. Interesting fashion choices... she thought to herself, before recognizing the blue haired girl. Almost anyone would. "Ayako Ito, right?" She asked while gesturing to her, although it wasn't really a question. Masuyo knew she was right. Something would be wrong with any Hope's Peak student who didn't recognize a Super High School Level Internet Celebrity. Just because she didn't have to pay for an internet connection doesn't mean she didn't have one. The tan chick, who Masuyo now knew as Yuuki was obviously a ganguro girl. What a disgusting style...do I do have to admit this one is unique. She somehow manages to pull it off.
Before Masuyo got a chance to introduce herself, another voice spoke up. She pursed her lips in frustration as he spoke up, but it turned into a smile upon him dissing the blond girl. Masuyo was now leaning against a cold pillar in the middle of the hall, listening and observing. Number one rule Masuyo, know your targets. She needed to learn every little detail in order to find a way to steal their things effectively. Whoever scouted her for this school made a fatal mistake in believing she wouldn't steal from other students. Please. It was her talent and of course she would flaunt it. But not yet. Not until she gained their trust.
"Of course I passed out, what else would have happened?" she said in frustration. "The name's Masuyo Watanabe. SHSL isn't important. What's important is finding the cause of us all passing out! What in the hell is up with that?! Isn't this a school?" Masuyo flipped her long ponytail behind her shoulder and began to walk closer to the other students, only to get shoved out of the way. "Watch yourself, brute!" she snapped. "I get you all need to look for the others, but there was someone standing here! Hello, just because I'm short doesn't mean I don't exist!" Masuyo mimicked dusting off her shoulders as if the tough chick's touch was like rolling around in dirt. "Some people.." she muttered to herself.
"Gross, what's that smell?" she called out a few minutes later. Turning her head to the direction it was coming from, she saw a new face, and boy she wished she hadn't. She resisted the urge to hold her nose as he came closer and introduced himself. "You were probably passed out in the shower for a reason, gamer man!" she scoffed and turned away until she found herself next to another boy, who had been quiet up until this point. He was obviously flirting with her, but she didn't mind. It was a nice change. She smiled back and said sweetly, "I'd love to, Hiroto." Easy target. He's already let his guard down. I can't believe he's falling for this.
Soon afterwards, people began to split up into groups to scout for other students. "Didn't need you here anyway!" she called after the ones that had already left. If her memory was correct, they were Rin, Hiroto, Ayako, Misaki, and Yuuki. In other words, a grand majority of the students. All that remained were the quiet blonde chick, the smelly gamer guy, and the one with the very...interesting hair style. At least it was something different. Sticking with the same old routine everyday was never pleasant. "Can't believe some robot is pretending to be the headmaster." she grumbled. She looked up in curiousity as blonde chick began practically fangirling in front of gamer man. So this is what I'm stuck with? Better than the company of the others I suppose.
"So how long was everyone out?" she interrupted.

Post by Akira Tachibana on May 30, 2013 19:36:12 GMT -5
Akira's mouth parted slightly as Chinatsu blatantly insulted his hair. "Wow, super rude." He said, even though he had been the real rude one in this situation. "I even offered up my shampoo and conditioner to you, and you insulted my hair. I thought we were friends." Akira put his hands on his hips dramatically, and frowned. "I mean come on. I've tried to be nice to everyone but all you've guys done is insulted my hair!" He declared with a loud sigh.
At the arrival of the new kid, Akira turned up his nose. "I bet you're just going to make fun of my hair too." Akira frowned, and folded his arms across his chest. "But anyways, I'm Akira Tachibana, Super High School Level Hairdresser." He said, sighing a bit.
The group had suddenly gotten a lot smaller as the others began to leave. "Damn." Akira didn't want to be left behind, but he also didn't want to go with Hiroto. It was a semi-hard decision, but in a group that big, he wouldn't really have to interact with Hiroto that much. "I sure as hell don't want to be left here." He said, walking fast to catch up with the group that was leaving.
He turned to wave at the three he left behind, sticking out his tongue slightly.

Hiroto paused in his catching up to Rin to address Masuyo. "I woke up soon enough to see you fall from Heaven," he said, still grinning. "And I'll pick you up at seven for that plane ride. Just in time to see the sunset." Score. He could tell the girl totally dug him. Only a few more pick-up lines and she'd be his to keep. He'd never had a girl go along so willingly with his plans - usually he had to make an effort to get girls to like him.
Unfortunately, it appeared the group was making their way out of the entrance hall. "Sorry, honey, but I gotta go." He gave a cheesy salute and ran off to join Rin and... uh-oh. It appeared Akira would be joining them. Hiroto smirked. Maybe he could mess with the hair stylist a bit more. As much as he annoyed Hiroto, it was fun to ruffle his feathers. After a quick nod and brilliant smile hello to Misaki, he turned to Akria. "So, Pinkie, it appears you're joining us, huh?"
